A small testimony of the Lord’s faithfulness!

For those of you who actually read this blog, we pray that you would be encouraged and challenged by the stories and the testimonies of God’s great faithfulness towards those who walk in faith.  We also hope that you will be moved to pray for us as we continue in this walk of faith that the Lord would graciously grant us boldness as we seek to proclaim His Gospel to the nations!

Here just a small testimony of the Lord’s faithfulness:

Over the last few weeks, Phil and Leah have been praying for the Lord to open the door of opportunity to share with churches what God is doing, and specifically the ministry to which He has called us.  As we have been praying, we have seen a dramatic response to our prayers!  Literally in the last couple of weeks, there have been seven different churches or leaders of youth camps that have personally asked us to come and share.  Some of these people, we have never met.

One thing that really stands out to us is something in regard to those churches that we do know…  For some, it was 2 years or 3 years  ago that Leah came and shared her testimony with the congregations.  Who, in their wildest dreams, would have known that these people—who were touched by the working of God’s grace in the life of one woman—would be some of the very people that God would then use in sending a couple to reach East Africa?  God in His great mercy has been weaving a beautiful tapestry of His work!

And who knows what the future holds?  The Lord Almighty!!  Perhaps the people you meet today will be the people you minister to tomorrow.  Perhaps that low and broken homeless man or woman that you help today will be one of God’s greatest instruments in reaching a lost world tomorrow.  We do not know what the future holds – but we know the One who holds the future!

We want to encourage you – keep walking by faith!  Faith is the bold, child-like confidence that God will do what He has promised.  Dear brother or sister – Keep walking with the Lord!  Are you fully convinced that He is able to do what He has promised?  If the honest answer of your heart and soul is “yes” – let your feet walk in the same way!  Let your belief never fail to result in action.  Keep seeking Him!
